______________________________

Time = 100×SI/P×R

S.I. = ₹1080
P = ₹3000
R = 12% p.a.

♦ Time
= 100×1080/3000×12 years
= 108000/36000 years
= 3 years

♢ Time is 3 years

[ you can also find it by equation ]

Let the time be x years

A.T.Q.

S.I. = P×R×T

=> 1080 = 3000×12×x/100
=> 108000 = 36000x
=> 108000/36000 = x
=> 3 = x

♢ Time = x years = 3 years
