A sum of 500 RS is in the form of denominations of 5 RS and 10 RS. If the total number of
notes is 90 find the number of notes of each denomination.
(Hint: let the number of 5 rupee notes be 'x', then number of 10 rupee notes=90-x)​

so, x + y = 90.......Eq.1

and 5x + 10y = 500.........Eq.2

Multiply Eq.1 with 5
