A sum of Rs. 4321 amounts to Rs. 6481.5 in 8 years at the rate of simple interest. What is the rate of interest?

amount=₹6481.5

time =8years

SI=A-P

=₹2160.5

R=SI×100/P×T

= 2160.5×100/4231×8

=6.25%
