let 100 rupee price = 100x
let 25 ruppe price = 25y
so , 25x + 100y = 3000 
       x + y = 63
now after substituting and solving ,
x = 44
y = 19
that means 19 , 100 ruppe prizes and 44 ,25 rupee prizes
