Problems in the unorganized sector

In case of unorganised sector, the terms of employment are not fixed and thereby the employee faces quite many problems some of which are given below-

1. Lack of job security

2. Greater prevalence of child labour and exploitation

3. No fixed duty hours, and wage is quite less.

4. No separate provision for leaves or holidays.

5. Work is also not fixed and thereby it can change from time to time.

6. Workplace hazards are more and lack of awareness regarding it.
