so, it is of the form 10x+y.

x+y =9...........(1)
and , 9+10x+y = 10y +x
=>> 9(x-y) = -9
=>> x-y = -1........(2)
solving (1) and (2) ,we get,
x = 4 and y = 5
so the number = 45
