Advantages –
Senior citizens will feel relaxed and take rest in this green zone.
They get the much needed privacy to share their problems with other people of their age.
Disadvantages –
The playing area for children would be reduced.
They would not be able to interact with their elders which will create a generation gap between children and their grandparents.
