Answer: If we want to fill the swimming pool in 1h, We required 4×8 = 32 pumps In 2 2/3 i.e. 8/3 h, the number of pumps required = 32 ÷ 8/3 = (32 x 3)/8 = 4 x 3 = 12 pumps
