A swimming pool is 20 m in length ,15 m in breadth ,and 4 m in depth.find the cost of cementing it's floor and walls at the rate of ₹12 per m²​

l of swimming pool= 20m

b of swimming pool=15m

Area of floor( swimming pool) = l*b

=20*15

= 300sq.m

cost of cementing floor per sq. m = ₹12

cost of cementing floor 300 sq. m= ₹12*300

=₹3600

depth of wall = 4 m

length of wall = 20 m

breadth of wall = 15 m

Area of four walls = 2(d*l)+2(d*b)

=2(4*20)+2(4*15)

=2*80+2*60

=160+120

= 280sq.m

cost of cementing walls per sq.m = ₹12

cost of cementing walls 280 sq.m=₹12*280

= ₹ 3360

Total cost of cementing floor and walls =₹6960
