It is a simple question,I have solved it using the unitary method.
It is given in the question in the question that that 3/10 part of the swimming pool fills in half an hour,that is 30 minutes .Then I found the part of it filled in one and half hour that is 90 minutes by using the unitary method.
So 9/10 part of the swimming pool fills in 1 and half hour.
