Let the marked price be x.

Discounted price is (90/100) x
According to the question,
(90/100) x=17820
x= (17820×100) /90

Hello friend, here is your answer.
Given that S. P. = ₹17,820 ; Discount % = 10 %
We know that according to formula.
M. P. = S. P. × 100/ 100 - Discount %
= 17,280×100/ 100-10
= 17,280×100/90
= 19,200
Hence, marked price of the T. V. set is ₹19,200.
Hope it helps you.
