A table cover of dimensions 3m 25mcm ×30cm is spread on a table . If 30cm of the cover is hanging all around the table , find the area of the table cover which is hanging outside the top of the table also, find the cost of polishing the top at16 per square metre ?

Area of hanging tablecloth = {3.25*2.30} - {(3.25-0.60)*(2.30-0.60)}
= 7.4750 - 4.5050
= 1.97sqr metre
cost of polishing table top = 4.5050*16
=RS72.8
