time = 3o min = 30 x 60 sec

Velocity = displacement / time = 8/(30 x 60) = 1/225 cm/sec

Disp = 8 cm

time = 12 hr 30 min = 12x 3600   + 30x60 = 45000 sec

Veloctiy = 8/45000 =1/5625 cm/sec
