let time taken to cover the distance of 30km by B be x hrs
Then time taken to cover the distance of 30km by A be x+3 hrs

Speed of B =30/x km/hrs
Speed of A=30/x+3 km/hrs
According to the question,
60/x+3 - 30/x =1.5..................(1)
Now solve this equation and you will get
Two answers /values of x= 5, 12 hrs

Then speed of A =30/x+3
=30/5+3 or 30/12+3
=30/8 or 30/15
=3.75 km/hrs or 2 km/hrs

Thus you can find speed of B
=30/x
=30/12 or 30/5
=2.5km /hrs or 6 km /hrs
