Now,
P1 = 40 atm.
V1 = 640000 litre.
P2 = 8 atm.
V2 = ?
so P1V1 = P2V2
=> 40 * 640000 = 8 * V2
=> 5 * 640000 = V2
=> 3200000 = V2
Now, 1 container can contain 16 litres of the gas.
:. 3200000 litres can be contained in 3200000/16 = 200000 containers.
