Let X be the capacity of the tank.

then you have this equation

4x/5 -65 =7×/12 very simple solve for x

x =300 litres seat 4/5 filled the liters is 240litres

You draw 65 litres out you are left with

240 -65 =175 litres

Ans is 175 litre
