\huge\mathbb{SOLUTION:-}

  • Given :-

  • The volume of cuboid =6.4cu.m

  • Length=2m

  • breadth=1.6m

  • we have to find the height of tank

Now :-

\boxed{\sf{Volume\:of\:cuboid=l\times b\times h}}

\sf\implies  6.4=2\times 1.6\times h\\ \\ \sf\implies 6.4=3.2\times h\\ \\ \sf\implies \cancel{\dfrac{6.4}{3.2}}=height\\ \\ \sf\implies height=2

\boxed{\sf{\purple{Depth\:of\:tank=2m}}}

\bf{\Huge{\boxed{\rm{\red{ANSWER\::}}}}}

\bf{Given}\begin{cases}\sf{A\:tank\:which\:is\:cuboidal\:shape\:has\:volume\:=\:6.4m^{3} }\\\\ \sf{Length\:of\:cuboidal\:tank\:=\:2m}\\\\\sf{Width\:of\:cuboidal\:tank\:=\:1.6m}\end{cases}}

\bf{\Large{\underline{\bf{To\:\:Find\::}}}}}}

The depth of the tank.

\bf{\Large{\underline{\tt{\pink{Explanation\::}}}}}

We know that formula of the volume of cuboid:

\leadsto\sf{\purple{Volume\:of\:cuboid\:=\:Length*width*height}}

Let the depth of the tank be R.

A/q

\longmapsto\rm{6.4\:=\:2\:*\:1.6\:*\:R}

\longmapsto\rm{6.4\:=\:3.2\:*R}

\longmapsto\rm{R\:=\:\frac{6.4*10}{3.2*10} }

\longmapsto\rm{R\:=\:\cancel{\frac{64}{32} }}

\longmapsto\rm{\pink{R\:=\:2}}

Thus,

\bf{\Large{\boxed{\tt{The\:depth\:of\:the\:tank\:is\:\:2m}}}}}
