one tap fill tank in 2 hours = 1/2
another tap fill tank in 6 hours= 1/6
now add , 1/2 + 1/6= 1.5 hours
another tap fill tank in 6 hours= 1/6
now add , 1/2 + 1/6= 1.5 hours
