Speed of train = 72 km/h

Speed of man = 3.6 km/h

Since, the man is moving in the same direction:

Relative speed of Train with respect to man = 72 - 3.6 = 68.4 km/h

We need to convert km/h into m/s

Relative speed of train in m/s = 19 m/s

Distance to be covered = 200 m

Time taken to pass = \frac{Distance}{speed}

Time taken = \frac{200}{19}

Time taken = 10.52 seconds

Hence, the train will pass the man in 10.52 seconds.
