Radius of cylinder =  radius of cone, r = \frac{105}{2} = 52.5 m

Area of cloth of tent =  curved surface are of cylinder + curved

                                      surface area of cone

                                 = 2\,\pi\,r\,h\:+\;\pi\,r\,l

                                 = 2\times\frac{22}{7}\times52.5\times5\:+\:\frac{22}{7}\times52.5\times50

                                 = 22\times15\times5\:+\:11\times15\times50

                                 = 1650 + 3300

                                 = 4950 m²

Total cost of cloth = 4950 × 15

                               = Rs. 74250

Therefore, Cost of Cloth to make tent is Rs. 74250
