A thick coating of a paste of Plaster of Paris (POP) is applied over the bandage ona fractured bone. It becomes hard on drying to keep the fractured bone immobilized. Can the change in POP be reversed? Give reason

yes the POP is the dry state of gypsum which is a liquid in nature and when it is heated it forms POP

and the change can be reversed all the time by adding water and heating gypsum
