Let the Mass of the ring be M  

Let the radius of the ring be R  

They are said to be rotating on an axis vertical to the plane and they attached gently on their opposite

Constant angular velocity is ω

If it is attached to the opposite ends with diameter f then  

The angular velocity is said to be w= theta/ t.
