A thin shaft having dia 100 mm and thickness 4mm is subjected to a torque such that
maximum shear stress does not exceed 80 MPa. Determine Torque applied and angle of twist.

Note that the highest shear stress occurs on the surface of the shaft, where the radius is maximum.
