The answer is 'Cowdung'

It's green, when it is excreted in morning.
Its black , when it dries in afternoon.
It's blue, when it is burnt in evening.
It's white, when it becomes ash in night.
And it's found in almost all homes :)

The question has another answer too, which is ALGAE.
