take advantage of the properties of wax: melt it, burn it, dissolve it, or spray it with meat juice so that the tiger eats it.

We can throw a piece of meat in front of him, just outside the cage. The cage is made out of wax. The tiger will smell food and will easily distort the cage. He will be released without involving any touch.
