A tile is a square of side 20 cm. how many such tiles would be required to cover the floor of a square bathroom of side 3 m.

Hiii!!!

Here's Ur answer...

Given the side of the square tile = 20cm

Therefore area of the square tile = side²

= 20 × 20

= 400cm²

Side of the square bathroom floor = 3m = 3 × 100 = 300cm

Area of the floor = 300 × 300

= 90000cm²

Hence, total number of tiles required to cover the floor = 90000/400

= 225
