a+b+c=1560....(1)
a=50b/100
a=b/2. .....(2)
b=20c/100
b=c/5
c=5b. .....(3)
substitute (2) and (3) in (1)
b/2+b+5b=1560
b+2b+10b/2=1560
13b=1560*2
13b=3120
b=3120/13
b=240
from (2)
a=120
from (3)
c=1200

Answer:

a = 120 , b = 240 and c = 1200

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given that a total amount of rs 1560

a+b+c=1560....(1)

a gets 50%of what b gets

a=\frac{50}{100}b

a=\frac{1}{2}b---------2

b gets 20% of what c gets .

b=\frac{20}{100}c

b=\frac{1}{5}c

Substitute (2) and (3) in (1)

\frac{b}{2}+b+5b=1560

\frac{b+2b+10b}{2}=1560

13b=1560 \times 2

13b=3120

b=\frac{3120}{13}

b=240

from (2)

a=120

from (3)

c=1200

Hence a = 120 , b = 240 and c = 1200
