Distance time graph attached

Step-by-step explanation:

Distance from A to B = 80 km

Speed = 15 km /hr

Time taken to reach from A to B  = T hrs

Distance = Speed * time

=> 80 = 15 * T

=> T = 80/15

=> T = 5 1/3 hrs

=> T = 5 Hrs 20 Mins

He reached at  8 : 00 + 5 : 20

= 13 : 20

= 1 : 20 PM
