V1 = 0.2 m/s

v2 = 2.6 m/s

Mk = 0.17

t = 2 sec

a = V2-V1/t

  = 2.6-0.2 / 2 = 2.4/2 = 1.2m/s^2

N = mg

   = 1.5*9.8 = 14.7 N

fk = MkN

   = 0.17*14.7

   = 2.49 N

V2-V1/t = F-fk/m

1.2         = F-2.49/1.5

1.2*1.5   = F-2.49

1.8         = F-2.49

F = 1.8+2.49

F = 4.29 N
