Here's your answer.
==================
Distance covered = 100 m
Time taken = 5s
Speed = Distance ÷ Time
= 100m ÷ 5s
= 20 m/s
Speed (in km/hr) = 20 × 18
= 360
= 360 ÷ 5
= 74 km/hr

Hope it helps.

Hey dear your answer is here,
Since its length is 100m and it completely crosses a pole .
So total distance covered in 5sec = 100m or 0.1 km
And total time = 5sec or 0.0013888889 hrs.
So,
Speed = distance ÷ time
Speed = 0.1÷0.0013888889
Speed = 71.99km/hrs (approx.)

Hope it may help you....

vndshukla11p1j0ei: is it correct
