A train covers a distance of 670 km in 6 h 5 min. If it covers the first 390 km of the journey at 90 km/h, find its speed for the rest of the journey. please solve in copy

ANSWER

TOTAL DISTANCE =670KM

TIME = 6HRS AND 5MIN , 5MIN=-5/1000=0.005MIN

SO TIME=6.005HRS

SPEED = DISTANCE/TIME

=670/6.005

=111.57km/hr

speed of rest of journey=111.57-90=21.57km/hrs

so the speed of rest of journey is 21.57km/hrs
