A train is moving at a speed of 132 km/br. if the length of the train is110 meters, how long will it take to cross a railway platform 165 meters long?

According to problem statement;

Speed = 132 km/hr = (132*1000)/3600 = 36.67 m/s

Total length given = 110 meters + 165 meters =  275 meters

Time is the unknown factor.

we've a relation for velocity;

Velocity = Displacement/ time

Time = Displacement/ velocity = 275 meters/ 36.67 m/s

Time = 7.5 seconds
