When you seat in train you are also moving with the same velocity/acceleration. And the platform will be at still in reality but as you are in train you will observe that the platform is moving. However the frame of reference may be non inertial as the train may have some acceleration.
The same concept applies when we say that we can't experience the speed of earth's rotation.
