Let the train moving from Suraktal be A and the one moving from Shatabdi be B.

By the time train B is leaving, train A is (0700 - 0500) hrs ahead.

This equals to 2hrs.

In two hours train A has covered 2 × 15 = 30 km

Let the train meet at F a place xkm away from where A is after 2 hrs.

The distance covered by A will be xkm whereas the distance covered by B will be x + 30.

They take the same time to reach F.

Time = Distance ÷ speed

X / 15 = (x + 30) / 20

20x = 15x + 450

5x = 450

X = 90km

Time taken by B = Time taken by A = 90 / 15 = 6hrs

The time the two meet is :

0700 + 6 = 1300 hrs

This equals to 1. 00 P. m
