as we know acceleration equals change in velocity upon time taken.

Now as we know train started from rest therefore its initial velocity is zero and final velocity is 20 m per second and time taken is 2 minutes that is 60×2=120sec.

Now let's solve 20 - 0/120=20/120=6m/s^2

Answer:

1/6 m/s²

Explanation:

a = (v-u)/t

= 20/120

= 1/6 m/s²
