It is clear that train accelerates for 10 sec and then it start retardation. that means train velocity is maximum at the end of 10 sec. after that 10 sec it s velocity start decreasing and finally becomes 0 in 50 sec.

We can calculate velocity of train after 10 sec using

V = u+at u = 0 as initially object was at rest

V = at = 2*10 = 20 m/s ------------answer
