Given the train had just started from rest

so ii's initial velocity (u) = 0m/s , v = 50m/s , t = 15s ,

s = ????

acc = v - u / t = 50-0/15 = 3.33m/s^2

From 2nd equation of motion ,

v^2 - u^2 = 2as

=> (50)^2 - (0)^2 = 2(3.33)(s)

=> 2500 / 2(3.33) = s

=> s = 375.3 m
