Distance travelled by train in 10s
S = 0.5at^2
= 0.5 * 2 * 10^2
= 100 m

Speed = Total Distance / Time
= (100m + 9m) / 10s
= 10.9 m/s

Speed of man is 10.9 m/s (uniform).
