Answer:

Total distance D=200+200=400 km

Average speed ∣V

avg

∣=

Total time

Total distance

∴ ∣V

avg

∣=

2+3

400

=80 km/h

Displacement S=0

Average velocity V

avg

=

Total time

Total displacement

∴ V

avg

2+3

0

=0 km/h

Answer:

Hi friend,

Average speed = total distance/total time

(It includes both the went and the return of the train)

Average speed = 200+200/2+3

Speed =400/5

Speed= 80m.

Velocity \= displacement /time.

( though it comes back to it's original position it do not have distance between them)

:- =0

Velocity =0.

Hope this helped you a little!!!
