avg speed= 22.2m/s

avg velocity= 0m/s

Explanation:

avg speed= total distance travelled/total time taken

total distance travelled S.I.= 2×200×1000m

total time taken S.I.=5×60×60s

400×1000m/5×60×60s = 22.2m/s

avg velocity =displacement/total time taken

displacement=0 (as the train comes back to the point B)

total time taken=18000s

0m/18000s = 0m/s
