Let the speed be x km/hr
Distance= 360km

We know that Distance=Speed * Time OR Time = Distance/Speed

Let time taken at uniform speed be T1 and time taken after increasing speed be T2
T1 = 360 km (distance) / x km per hour(uniform speed)
T2 =360 km (distance) / x+5 km per hour(increased speed)

ACCORDING TO THE QUESTION :

T1 -T2=1 {BECAUSE T1 - 1 = T2 which is given}
Now see the attachment

So the answer is 40km per hour.
