Answer:

Given

initial velocity , u = 20

acceleration = +0.5

time = 30 s

Since

s = ut +  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}  \\  \\ s = 20(30) +  \frac{1}{2}  \times \frac{1}{2}  \times  {30}^{2}  \:  \\  \\ s = 600 + 225 \\  \\ s = 825 \: m

Given :-

Initial Velocity(u) = 20 m/s

Acceleration = 0.5 m/s²

Time = 30s

To Find :-

Distance covered by the train

Solution :-

We know that,

\huge{\boxed{\blue{\sf{s = ut + \frac{1}{2}at^2}}}}

__________[Put Values]

s = 20(30) + (0.5 * 30²) / 2

s = 600 + 450 /2

s = 600 + 225

s = 825 m
