A train travels 20km at a uniform speed of 60km/h and the next 20km at a uniform speed of 80km/h calculate its average

avg is total distance travel/total time taken so in this case total time is (1/3)+(1/4) =7/12 hrs
so avg = (40×12)/7 = 68.571 Km/h.
