$average \: speed = \frac{2v1 \times v2}{v1 + v2}$

Here is v1 is the first speed of going and v2 is the second speed of return

Now we put up the value of v1 and v2

$average \: speed = \frac{2 \times 30 \times 45}{30 + 45}$

Now solve this

$average \: speed = \frac{2700}{75}$

$average \: speed = 36kmph$
