A train wheel of diameter 49 cm travels a distance of 154m. how many number of revolutions does the wheel make

Here's your answer.. ⬇⬇

♦ Given :- diameter = 49cm
radius = 49/2
Distance travel by train = 154m

♦ To Find :- Revolution make by wheel.

♦ Solution :- One Revolution of wheel = Circumference of wheel = 2πr

= 2 × 22/7 × 49/2

= 154cm

Total Distance travel by train = 154m
1m = 100cm
154m = 15400cm

Dividing total distance by distance covered by one revolution we get no. of Revolutions.

No. of Revolutions = Total distance/ distance covered by one revolution.

= 15400/154

= 100

So, The wheel of train makes 100 revolutions
