Initial Velocity(u) = 0       [Since it starts From the Rest]

Time(t) = 3 seconds.

Using the Formula,
 
 Acceleration = ( v - u)/t
                   2 = ( v - 0)/3
                   v = 2 × 3
                   v = 6 cm/s.

Thus, the Velocity of the Car after 3 seconds will be 6 cm/s.
