first we'll find area of triangle by herons formula
s=26+28+30/2=84/2=42
area=√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
=√42(42-28)(42-26)(42-30)
=√42*14*16*12
=336cm²
let height of parallelogram be x
area of parallelogram=336
1/2*(28+28)*h=336
1/2*56*h=336
28*h=336
h=336/12=12cm
