So length of third side =26.4-(2 X8. 25)
Length of 3 side =9.9m
Now using heron's formula =
$\sqrt{(s)(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}$
And s=( a+b+c) /2
S=26.4/2
=13.2m

$\sqrt{(13.2)(13.2 - 8.25)(13.2 - 8.25)(13.2 - 9.9)}$
$\sqrt{(13.2)(4.95)(4.95)(3.3)}$
$\sqrt{1067.32}$
