Given, perimeter =26.4m
Length of side 1and 2 =8.25 (a=b)
So length of third side =26.4-(2 X8. 25)
Length of 3 side =9.9m
Now using heron's formula =
 \sqrt{(s)(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}
And s=( a+b+c) /2
S=26.4/2
=13.2m

 \sqrt{(13.2)(13.2 - 8.25)(13.2 - 8.25)(13.2 - 9.9)}
 \sqrt{(13.2)(4.95)(4.95)(3.3)}
 \sqrt{1067.32}
32. 66m^2
