A triangular peice of land has one of its angle equal to 90°. the area of this land is 330sq. m. if one side adjacent to the right angle is 11m. what are the lengths of the other two sides. ​

Answer:

Let other sides be X and Y

Area= 1/2*b*h

330= 1/2*11*X

X= 330*2/11

X= 60m

X^2+11^2= Y^2

60^2+11^2= Y^2

3600+121= Y^2

Y^2= 3721

Y=√3721= 61 m

Therefore other two sides are 60m and 61 m
