A triangular piece of land has one of it's angle equal to 90 degree. The area of ts land is 330 sq.m If one side adjacent to the right angle is 11 m, what are the length of the other two sides?

let consider the land ABC
area of ABC=330sq.m
let the adjacent side =AB=11m
let the other side =BC
area of =1/2(ABxBC)
330=11BC/2
BC=330x2/11
BC=60m
using Pythagoras theorem
AC²=AB²+BC²..................1)
AC=√AB²+BC²
AC=√11²+60²
AC=√3721
AC=61m
for verification just put the above value in the equation of Pythagoras theorem i.e, equation 1
